GetBestify provides users with competitor analysis reports in the e-commerce sector. These reports are provided as online reports and include pricing strategies, category trends, and related competitive intelligence data.

Purchase and Order Fulfillment
Order Process: You select reports through our platform and complete the payment.
Access Mechanism: Upon successful payment, log in to your GetBestify account and visit /purchases to view all purchased report records. We may send transactional emails about your order, but report access is managed through your account.
Report Access: Purchased reports remain available in /purchases while your account is active and our service is operating normally.
Access Issues: If a purchased report does not appear in /purchases, contact us at contact@getbestify.com. Please provide the email address used at the time of purchase and the order number so that we can verify your identity.

Refund and Replacement Policy
Because online reports are digital technical products with the special characteristics of being instantly accessible and based on proprietary analysis, once the payment is successful and account access is granted, we do not accept any form of refund requests or product replacement requests.

Payment and Pricing
Payment Processing: All GetBestify payment transactions are handled by a third-party service provider, Creem.io. Acting as the Merchant of Record, Creem.io is responsible for handling payment security, global tax compliance, and issuing invoices.
Pricing: All product prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been paid.

Intellectual Property and License
License: Upon purchasing a report, GetBestify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or internal business use only.
Restrictions: Without our explicit written permission, you may not resell, publicly distribute, mass-disseminate, or use the report content for any illegal purposes.

Privacy and Data Retention
Shopping Cart: We use an HttpOnly Cookie (named cartId) to identify your shopping cart status, which is valid for 7 days.
Data Processing: Our collection and use of your personal information comply with our Privacy Policy.
